The bungalow is approximately 5km from the village of Esentepe where there are several restaurants and local shops. The ancient harbour in the city of Kyrenia is 25 minutes drive via the new coast road. It has all modern shops and facilities. Local hotels and casinos provide leisure activities and a local water park is nearby. Horse riding and paragliding are available along with other watersports. It is 5 km to the local village and within easy driving distance of shops and restaurants. A sandy beach is a 3 minute drive away and a local fishing harbour is across the road from the resort.

Outside
Just metres away from the bungalow is the large communal pool and landscaped gardens. The roof terrace allows you to enjoy spectacular views of the sunsets whilst enjoying al fresco dining.
Coast/Beach
A sandy beach is a 3 minute drive away and a local fishing harbour is across the road from the resort.
Golf
A new international championship golf course is approximately 8km away with club facilities and excellent restaurant.
Travel
The airport of Ercan is half an hour's drive from the resort and Larnaca in the South of the Island is approximately one and a half hours away. Car hire is essential.
Distances
The local village is 5 kms away and the ancient city of Kyrenia is 25 minutes drive from the resort. Turtle beach is a few kms down the coast road. The Loggerhead and Green Turtles can be seen on the night time tours laying their eggs and later in the season daytime guided visits show the hatching of the new babies. Several historic sites are within the vicinity.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 20% is required upon booking plus a £100 breakages deposit on arrival. The breakages deposit will be repaid within 2 weeks of departure subject to deductions for losses and or/damages.
